At Secret Weapon Supps, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order or experience an issue with your product, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

For change-of-mind returns, please submit your request within 30 days of delivery. This deadline applies to submitting your request, not to our receipt of the returned product. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, products must meet the following conditions:

Be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Have the original safety seal fully intact and unbroken.
Be in the same condition as when they were received.
Include proof of purchase or an order confirmation.

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on supplements that have been opened, used, or had their safety seals removed or broken.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email info@secretweaponsupps.com with your order number and reason for the return, or submit a request through your customer account.
Our team will review your request and confirm whether your item is eligible for return.
If approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Compromised Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with compromised packaging or a broken safety seal, contact us as soon as possible at info@secretweaponsupps.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product or packaging, if available.

We will review the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

If you discover a product quality issue after opening, please contact us promptly at info@secretweaponsupps.com. Products opened for inspection or normal use are not automatically disqualified from a legitimate quality-related claim. Each issue will be evaluated individually.

If we determine that a product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or compromised upon delivery, Secret Weapon Supps will cover any necessary return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

Opened or partially used supplements.
Products with broken, removed, or tampered safety seals.
Products that are not in their original packaging.
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

These exclusions do not apply to valid claims involving defective, damaged, incorrect, or compromised products, or where returns or refunds are required by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an unopened and unused product, please contact info@secretweaponsupps.com within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product eligibility and availability.

For defective, damaged, incorrect, or compromised products, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or alternative resolution.

Return Shipping

For approved change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

For verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or compromised products, Secret Weapon Supps will cover any required return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, unless otherwise required by law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages shipped without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect the product and notify you of your refund approval status within 5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

If we approve a refund without requiring the product to be returned, we will process it to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

For approved refunds involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or compromised products, we will process the refund without requiring the product to be unopened or unused.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@secretweaponsupps.com.

Order and Subscription Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@secretweaponsupps.com.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it may need to be handled through our standard return process.

Subscriptions renew monthly. Skip or cancel your next renewal at least 7 days before your next billing date.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order already processed. Those orders remain subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation requests are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

These rights may include remedies for products that are defective, damaged, not as described, incorrectly supplied, or not delivered within the legally required or agreed timeframe.

Where applicable law provides additional rights or remedies, those rights will take precedence over the terms of this policy.
